•    College instructor for semester-length classes in Enology, Winery Business Management, Sensory Analysis
•    Developed training and education programs for cellar, lab and winemaking staff

MATERIALS, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, COST CONTROL
•    Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), National Association of Purchasing Managers (NAPM)
•    Reduce packaging and direct material costs and implement quality control systems
•    Streamline shipping/receiving and order processing, cost accounting, inventory systems and accountability

WINERY SALE OR TRANSITION
•    Lead winemaking and operations facilitator for $105 million sale of Rosenblum Winery to Diageo
•    Experience in areas such as company valuation, due diligence, safety and environmental regulations
•    Personnel training and evaluation, change management, systems upgrade or implementation

processes, educate incoming staff,  perform daily job duties during candidate search
•    Have extensive library of Standard Operating Procedures and managerial protocols ready to implement
